Still have a question?
What do I need for a quote?
Share the origin, destination, goods description, total weight, package sizes and ready date. More detail helps us assess the route.
Is my quote request a confirmed booking?
No. A request starts the conversation. Routing, price, available space and cargo acceptance are confirmed before booking.
How is chargeable weight calculated?
Air freight may use the higher of actual and volumetric weight. Our calculator uses a 6,000 cm³/kg divisor as an estimate; the applicable airline rules are confirmed in your quotation.
Can you arrange a route not shown on the map?
Send us your origin and destination. We can review possible connections with our partners and confirm whether a suitable option is available.
How can I track my shipment?
For Silk Way West shipments, open the airline tracking page with your air waybill number. If you only have an Orizon enquiry reference, contact us for help.
